Deine Leidenschaft ist die Softwareentwicklung und Du willst in einem jungen Startup etwas bewegen?

  • Du bist für die Weiterentwicklung unserer digitalen Plattform und mobilen Apps mitverantwortlich.
  • Du setzt neue Features für unsere Handwerksplattform um und nutzt dazu moderne Frameworks für die Entwicklung unserer nativen Apps mit Flutter
  • Du entwickelst technische Konzepte und Architekturen passend zu den Anforderungen aus Vertrieb, Operations und Training.
  • Du begleitest den kompletten agilen Produktentwicklungsprozess und arbeitest eng mit dem Team aus Product Ownern, UX Designern und Software Engineers zusammen.
  • Du bringst Ideen ein, wie wir unsere Plattform stetig verbessern können, evaluierst neue Technologien und gestaltest aktiv die Zukunft von montamo mit.
Dein Profil
  • Du bist technik-affin und möchtest deine Programmierfähigkeiten intensiv nutzen und ausbauen.
  • Du beherrschst die Programmierung in Dart oder einer anderen objektorientierten Programmiersprache.
  • Du hast bereits Erfahrungen im Umgang mit Mobile App Frameworks, idealerweise mit Flutter.
  • Du bringst Know-how in der Softwarearchitektur mit.
  • Du verfügst über sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift.
  • Du bist kommunikationsstark und kannst Deine Ideen einfach und verständlich formulieren.
  • Du arbeitest gerne in einem interdisziplinären Team, und die gemeinsame Arbeit in einem jungen Startup motiviert und inspiriert Dich.

Your mission
Are you passionate about software development and ready to make an impact in a fast-growing startup?
At montamo, you’ll get a rare opportunity: the chance to help shape our product from the ground up with your skills and creative ideas.
Become part of our agile, interdisciplinary team and work closely with Product Owners and UX Designers to build the craftwork platform of the future!

  • You’ll take part in developing our digital platform and native mobile apps
  • You’ll implement new features using modern frameworks like Flutter
  • You’ll design technical concepts and architectures based on input from our Sales, Operations, and Training teams
  • You’ll be involved throughout the agile product development cycle, collaborating with Product Owners, UX Designers, and Software Engineers
  • You’ll contribute your ideas to continuously improve our platform, explore new technologies, and help shape the future of montamo
Your profile

  • You’re tech-savvy and eager to apply and expand your programming skills.

  • You are proficient in Dart or another object-oriented programming language.

  • You have experience with mobile app frameworks – ideally Flutter.

  • You bring basic knowledge of software architecture.

  • You communicate clearly in English (German is a plus) and enjoy working in an interdisciplinary startup team.
